Today it is difficult to notice a significant technological leap in telephones. My old S7 still feels able to compete with many flagships. He was doing well. It was all the more difficult for me to justify changing the phone. I did not take S10e into account, because I would not feel any big changes (except for the latest Android). A similar camera, the screen may be larger, but on the other hand the resolution is lower. The battery is not necessarily that good.
The S10 (without “e” and “+”) does have one killer feature though. This third camera is no fake. It is of very good quality. Very often now from “zoom”. This is actually the focal length I needed. I don’t always need a wide angle. And the extra one is very wide occasionally. The S10e does not have this narrower angle (called the telephoto in s10). It is useful and gives an additional spectrum of possibilities in mobile photography.
For a Samsung phone it really works. And you know, it’s not an SLR camera. But better than nothing. And when I already have the camera in my pocket, it’s nice that it takes relatively good quality photos. And it does great.
In addition, a very good display, but it’s not a novelty when it comes to Samsung – it’s famous for it.
The S10 screen is large enough, and at the same time the phone still has a compact size.
It’s all at the expense of the battery, you know, but usually the phone will live up to the evening 😉 and then you can recharge it.
After recent updates, they improved the optimization of battery life, so there should be no tragedy. (I just bought a phone and still need some time for my final verdict).
It’s just that new phones have more and more goodies, they are thinner and thinner, and the screens are bigger … and the battery is still more or less of the same capacity. Therefore, it is difficult to compare with phones from several years ago. And as it turns out, you can complain, but when you look at the test results against iPhones, various Chinese, etc., the results in terms of battery life are still convincing. I really like my new phone and as an older generation user I am satisfied.

It is a bit too early to accurately evaluate the product. However, due to the conscious choice, I am completely satisfied. The best compact smartphone available on the market, fully worth its price.

The only drawback cited by many users is the battery, but in my case it was enough to adapt and turn off some battery draining functions to get over 24 hours of work with normal use of the phone. I recommend it to every lover of comfortable smartphones 🙂

After a few tries, after my friend and I decided that our new Samsung Galaxy S3 was an overclock for us, I had to admit that I had gone too far with the backlight of the back. I had tried switching the panel off completely, and it worked fine in theory, but in practice it was very hard and I couldn’t get that color to work right without a way to control the intensity of the display in settings. I finally took a look at the battery panel, and my problem was solved! This is the “L” shape. As I mentioned before, I have found that the battery light itself is much more important in controlling the display in settings. The battery light must be set high enough to not interfere with the brightness of the screen without disturbing the screen. I set mine on “Low” because when the light is off it’s impossible not to have it too bright. But if you are using the brightness setting with settings set to “Low” you don’t have any issues since you can adjust it back to whatever you like. I have also added in this “L” as well, for those of you who want to use “High” or “Standard” on the back. The phone is now ready to run through new settings.
