Description
Alcatel 1 8GB is a budget-friendly smartphone that is perfect for those who are looking for a simple and reliable device. Although it is not as advanced as some of the latest models in the market, it does offer some great features that make it worth considering.
Design and Display:
The design of the Alcatel 1 8GB is quite basic and simplistic but it looks more expensive than it actually is. It has a 5-inch IPS LCD display that offers a resolution of 480 x 960 pixels. The phone is lightweight and easy to handle, making it perfect for one-handed use. The overall build quality is decent and it feels sturdy in the hand.
Performance:
The Alcatel 1 8GB has a quad-core MediaTek MT6739 processor with a clock speed of 1.28GHz. It comes with 1GB of RAM which is enough for basic multitasking. The phone may not be able to handle heavy apps or games but it does run smoothly for most general day-to-day tasks.
Camera:
The device has a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front camera. The rear camera takes decent shots in well-lit environments but struggles in low light. The front camera is average for taking selfies and video calls. However, don’t expect high-quality images from this low-end device.
Battery:
The Alcatel 1 8GB comes with a 2000mAh battery that can last a full day with moderate usage. It also has an Ultra Power Saving Mode that can extend battery life when the phone is running low on power.
Storage:
The phone comes with 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 32GB using a microSD card. The internal storage is enough for basic usage but if you want to store a large amount of music, photos, and videos, the expandable storage option can be incredibly useful.
Verdict:
In conclusion, the Alcatel 1 8GB is an excellent option for those who want a basic smartphone without having to spend a lot of money. It may not have the latest features or advanced hardware, but it does offer good value for money. If you are looking for a reliable device with decent performance, camera, and battery life, the Alcatel 1 8GB is definitely worth considering.

I will not write about budget, I will not write about convenience (I miss it a bit) I will not write about performance (of course there are no best ones) but it is perfect … perfect for me;) simple – although it is hard to set the memory card and the lowest battery consumption; capacious – has an amount of memory that can be determined sufficient if you discover the transfer of the application to the card; versatile – a good camera back and front (not some 0.2 on the front – as in this price but a decent 2) fits in a pocket and not in a backpack or suitcase, fluent in use (as for me of course) and with great strength ( battery – well, I don’t know how I did it – extended from half the day to two days – with the same use; GSM parameters up to LTE (but performance – liquidity and battery – depends on the network). In a word, optimal!

I recently bought the Alcatel 1 8GB and I have to say that my overall experience with this phone has not been the best. I would rate it at 2 stars out of 5 possible. The phone specs are not what I expected, with only 1GB of RAM, making it very slow in executing multiple tasks or apps. Theface scanner built-in sensors are also not very dependable, it takes several attempts before it recognizes my face.
Compared to other mobile phones such as the iPhone or Samsung, the Alcatel 1 just falls short. It lacks the features and the smoothness that these phones have. The camera is mediocre and doesn’t take very high-quality images, and the battery life is not impressive. I constantly have to carry a power bank with me to ensure that my phone stays charged throughout the day.
Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly phone then the Alcatel 1 might be suitable for you, however, if you can spare some extra cash, I would highly recommend going for a higher-end phone.
