John Elliottwen –
Changing the channels is available only after pressing the “Ch. List” button, then the list of channels is displayed from which you can select one and confirm with the button. Then turn off the list with the same button.
Dedicated buttons for changing channels would be useful. You can bypass this by turning off HbbTV support, then channels can be changed directly with the wheel on the remote control (up-down), unfortunately after this change, the TV started to hang, sound plays but the picture disappears. Only it is powered by electricity and restarted to restore the correct operation. Software updated yesterday to the latest version. If that doesn’t go away – I’m thinking about returning the TV, because it was bought online. Has anyone had similar problems? Apart from that (unfortunately a nuisance) I like the TV, the support for the Youtube internet, Netflix is nice, the Bluetooth remote control is also a plus.
