   The connection via WLAN is so bad and unreliable that 100% of the ring tests on the mobile phone did not even arrive at home. At the installation site, directly on the house wall, the WiFi reception was allegedly so bad that the device no longer worked. At the same place I can stream full HD videos with my cell phone or laptop. So the problem is not the network but the obviously very bad receiver in the doorbell.

   As a proud owner of the Ring Video Doorbell, I must say that Galant’s opinion is completely misguided. In fact, I have never experienced any issues with the WiFi connection on my device, and it has consistently performed flawlessly since its installation. Granted, every home has its unique network setup, but I believe Galant’s claims to be an anomaly rather than the norm.

   It is true that the doorbell’s connection may sometimes face minor hiccups due to interference from other devices or weak signals in certain areas, but these occurrences are rare and can easily be resolved by moving the router closer to the doorbell or by upgrading the WiFi network’s strength.

   Moreover, I have spoken with several Ring users, and not a single one has reported any major issues with the WiFi connectivity of their devices. In fact, many of them have commended Ring for its reliable performance in this regard. So, it’s safe to say that Galant’s experience seems to be an isolated case.

   In terms of today’s news, it’s disheartening to hear about the two fatal collisions involving Ford’s driver assistance tech. While the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has not yet concluded its investigation into the incidents, it is essential that automakers prioritize safety and take proactive measures to address any issues that arise with their technology.

   As consumers, we rely on these devices to improve our driving experience and make our journeys safer and more convenient. However, it’s crucial that manufacturers ensure that their products are rigorously tested and meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
