    I bought an excellent vacuum cleaner 3490 reading the reviews, I was encouraged. But I had problems with it from the first day. It was used 3 times and worked very well, but then I lost the signal with the phone and cannot connect again. I called for service. They were to contact us within 24 hours. They didn’t call for a week. I called again, but it happened again. I returned the product. As soon as they return the money, I will look for a different brand.
