1 review for Samsung Galaxy A10 32GB Dual SIM

  1. Neville Swanson

Phone performance very good. Of course, according to Murphy’s law, my phone fell on the first day and it’s quite bad, luckily, thanks to the case, nothing happened. Very nice display, I think a very nice camera, nice amount of pixels giving a nice resolution, bright lens. The wide-angle lens deforms a bit but with this size of the lens I think it’s difficult to get the perfect solution. Super battery and very fast charging.

How do I transfer photos from my old phone to my new Samsung Galaxy A10 using a USB cable?

Connect one end of the USB cable into the charging port of your old phone and the other end into the USB port on your computer. Unlock your old phone and swipe down from the top of the screen to open the notification panel. Tap on the USB preferences option and select Transfer files (MTP) mode. Open File Explorer on your computer by pressing Windows key + E. Your old phone will appear as a removable drive in the left-hand navigation pane. Double click on it to open its contents. Navigate to the folder where your photos are stored, such as DCIM > Camera or Pictures > YourFolderName. Select the photos you want to transfer by holding down the Ctrl key (PC) or Command key (Mac) while clicking on them. Once you have selected all the desired images, right-click (PC) or Cmd + Click (Mac) and select Copy (or press Ctrl + C/Cmd + C). Disconnect your old phone from the computer. Connect your new Samsung Galaxy A10 to the same computer using a USB cable. Make sure it's in Transfer (MTP) mode too. Navigate to This PC/My Computer on the left-hand navigation pane of File Explorer. Double click on your new device to open its contents. Right-click inside the newly opened window and select Paste (or press Ctrl + V/Cmd + V). Wait for all the photos to finish copying over. How do I transfer files from my computer to my Samsung Galaxy A10 using USB connection?

To transfer files between your computer and Samsung Galaxy A10 using a USB connection, follow these steps:

1. Connect your Samsung Galaxy A10 to your computer using the USB cable that came with it. Make sure the device is unlocked and has a good battery charge. On your computer, open File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac). Your Samsung Galaxy A10 should appear as an external storage device in File Explorer/Finder. If you don't see it, check that USB debugging is enabled on your phone:

- Go to Settings > Developer options > USB debugging and turn it on. If you haven't already done so, enable USB debugging in Android System by going to Settings > About phone/tablet > Build number and tapping it seven times to make "You are now a developer!" appear. Then go back to Settings > Developer options and turn on USB debugging. To transfer files from your computer to your Samsung Galaxy A10, drag and drop the files into the phone's internal storage or an external SD card (if you have one inserted). You can find your device's internal storage in File Explorer/Finder under "This PC"/"My Computer" or "Devices and Drives". To transfer files from your Samsung Galaxy A10 to your computer, open a file manager app on your phone (such as My Files) and navigate to the location of the files you want to transfer. Drag and drop them into the appropriate folder on your computer. Once you've completed the transfer, safely eject your Samsung Galaxy A10 from your computer by right-clicking on it in File Explorer/Finder and selecting "Eject" or by pulling out the USB cable. This helps prevent data corruption and ensures that all files are properly transferred. Disconnect the USB cable from both devices.

My phone is stuck on the boot screen and I'm unable to turn it off or back on, what should I do?

That's frustrating! Don't worry, I've got some troubleshooting steps that might help you resolve the issue. First, let's try to rule out a simple software glitch. Since your phone is stuck on the boot screen, try pressing and holding the power button for about 10-15 seconds. This will discharge any residual power in the phone's battery. Release the power button and immediately press it again to turn it back on. If that doesn't work, let's try a more aggressive method. Locate your phone's volume down button and hold it while pressing and holding the power button simultaneously for about 10-15 seconds. This is called a "force restart" or "hard reset. Release both buttons when you see the boot screen again. Another option is to perform a factory reset. This will erase all your data, so make sure you've backed up any important information before proceeding. To do this, press and hold the volume down button while pressing and holding the power button simultaneously for about 10-15 seconds. Release both buttons when you see the Android logo or your phone's manufacturer logo. Then, use the volume down button to navigate to the recovery menu and select "wipe data/factory reset" using the power button. If none of these methods work, it's possible that there's a hardware issue with your phone. In this case, I would recommend visiting an authorized service center or a professional repair shop for further assistance.

My phone is not charging, it's showing "not supported" message even when I'm using the original charger. What should I do?

That's frustrating! The first thing to check is the charger port on your phone. It's possible that it's damaged or corroded, which could be preventing the charger from working properly. Try cleaning out the charging port with a soft brush or a cotton swab. This can help remove any debris or dirt that might be causing the issue. If that doesn't work, try using a different USB cable to rule out any issues with the original one. You can also try charging your phone on a computer or a wall adapter to see if it charges there. If none of these solutions work, you may want to consider visiting an authorized service center for your phone to get it checked and potentially repaired. It's worth noting that some phones have specific requirements for their chargers, so make sure you're using the correct charger for your device.
