Description

As technology continues to advance, it’s easy to overlook the needs of people who are not necessarily digitally native. That’s where the Doro 7060 comes in, a mobile phone that caters specifically to older adults who may be intimidated by the complexities of modern smartphones.

The Doro 7060 looks and feels like a traditional flip phone, but it features some modern touches that make it more convenient and functional. The device has a 2.8-inch screen, a physical keypad with large, raised keys for easy typing, and a camera on the back. It also has 4G connectivity, allowing users to stream videos, surf the web, and access social media, all of which may be important to older adults who want to stay connected with friends and family.

One of the key features of the Doro 7060 is its simplified user interface. The phone’s home screen shows large icons for commonly used applications, and users can customize the display to show only the features they need. There’s also a dedicated emergency button that, when pressed, sends an automatic message to a pre-selected contact with the user’s location, along with a distress call.

The Doro 7060 also has an assistance button on the back that, when pressed, sends a message to a pre-selected contact with the user’s location, along with an alert that they need help. This feature is especially useful for older adults who may live alone or have mobility issues.

In terms of connectivity, the Doro 7060 supports both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and it also has a microSD card slot for expandable storage. The phone’s battery life is impressive, lasting up to 15 days in standby mode.

Overall, the Doro 7060 is an excellent choice for older adults who want a phone that’s simple to use and has a few modern touches. Despite its simplified design, it still offers important features like emergency buttons and 4G connectivity, ensuring that users can stay connected and safe.

1 review for Doro 7060

  1. Hanna Brown

I have had this phone for 3 months and I am very happy. Large, clear screen, photo quality very good for the low price of the phone. Can compete with Samsung and LG. The only thing that bothers me to the screen under the influence of temperature values becomes discolored and comes to normal for a long time.
