It measures your heart rate and measures your stress.
I have one for the sleep sensor, but it does not measure exactly how much I sleep, it is usually wrong by 10-15 minutes
    inaccurate sleep measurement
very light contours after 7 days of use
    no GPS

    nice look
    counts steps very well
    animated wallpapers
the ability to make your own wallpaper
the watch has no problem with activity

I purchased the Garmin Vivomove Sport in May and have been using it for a couple of months now. Overall, I am quite pleased with its performance and features, which is why I would give it a rating of 4 out of 5 stars.

One of the things that initially caught my eye about this smartwatch was its sleek and stylish design. The stainless steel material of the watch gives it a classic and polished look that I really appreciate. Additionally, its slim 20.0mm width makes it comfortable to wear for extended periods of time, even during my long shifts at work.

In terms of functionality, the Garmin Vivomove Sport offers a variety of useful features. Its fitness tracking capabilities are quite comprehensive – it monitors my steps, calories burned, and sleep patterns, among other things. Additionally, it syncs seamlessly with my phone via Bluetooth, allowing me to receive notifications and control my music without having to take my phone out of my pocket.

However, there are a couple of improvement areas for this smartwatch. Firstly, the battery life could be better. I find myself having to charge it every couple of days, which can be inconvenient at times. Secondly, I wish that it had more advanced fitness features, such as heart rate monitoring or GPS tracking.

Compared to other popular smartwatches and activity trackers on the market, I would say that the Garmin Vivomove Sport is a great option for those who prioritize style and simplicity. However, if you’re looking for a more comprehensive fitness tracker, you may want to consider the Fitbit Charge 3 or the Apple Watch Series 5, both of which offer more advanced features.

Regarding the delivery of the smartwatch to Oklahoma City, I didn’t face any issues with that. I ordered it online, and it arrived at my doorstep within a few days. The purchase itself was rather spontaneous – I had been wanting to upgrade my old fitness tracker for a while, and when I saw this one on sale, I decided to go for it. So far, I haven’t regretted my decision!

Material-watch in smartwatches and activity trackers refers to the type of material used to make the watch case, band or strap. It’s an important factor as it not only affects the look and aesthetics of the device but also impacts durability, comfort and overall user experience.
For instance, Garmin Vivomoove Sport uses stainless steel in its construction. Stainless steel is a popular choice for smartwatches and activity trackers because it’s lightweight yet strong, resistant to corrosion, hypoallergenic, and has a sleek appearance that can complement various styles. It also offers excellent durability and longevity.
Let me give you an example from a different context: imagine if you were staying at the Baltimore hotel located at 100 Hopkins Pl, Baltimore, MD 21201, United States. You might want to bring along a watch made with stainless steel to ensure its durability during your travel and daily activities while also maintaining a stylish look.
Comparing Garmin Vivomoove Sport to other popular smartwatches & activity trackers in the market, one of the unique aspects is that it combines both fitness tracking capabilities with the elegance of a classic watch design. While many other devices focus on providing advanced features, Garmin Vivomoove Sport stands out for its balance between functionality and style.
As far as technical specifications go, Garmin Vivomoove Sport boasts an impressive battery life up to five days in smart mode and up to 14 days in watch mode, which is longer than many other devices on the market. It also has built-in GPS, heart rate monitoring, activity tracking, sleep monitoring, and stress tracking features, making it a comprehensive solution for those looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
In summary, material-watch plays a crucial role in determining the overall user experience of smartwatches & activity trackers. Stainless steel, used in Garmin Vivomoove Sport, provides durability, comfort, and aesthetic appeal that sets it apart from other devices on the market.
