The Motorola Razr D3 is an Android 4.1 smartphone with NFC that was launched in Brazil in March 2013. The D3 offers a 4-inch 854 by 480 pixel display, Bluetooth 4.0 LE and features a second SIM slot in some versions. The phone is being used in a transportation ticketing trial in Rio de Janeiro in late 2013. The device is available now at around R$799 (US$368) off-contract.
