Completely useless. Takes too long to come info onto your phone. The person has gone by the time the picture has come on and the bell does not always work . Worked great for the first week, when you have free access to the video camera cloud, after that useless. It will ring on your phone even over 4G, but you won’t see anything or be able to answer. We’ve lived with it for some time now and reloaded the app numerous times on two android phones still doesn’t work. Maybe the hard wired version is better. I am very dissapointed.
