I have been testing the watch for a dozen or so days here are the observations: The pulse measured quite accurately and quickly catches. The pedometer counts the amount based on the movement of the hand, you can also walk while sitting. The GPS catches quickly and the tracking of outdoor activity is done accurately. The useful button lock function during activity prevents accidental pressing of the button, e.g. stopping the stopwatch. He counts the pools flawlessly. Treadmill as such. Sleep monitoring is quite accurate, but for me it’s just such an addition. Counting calories based on heart rate OK. The battery lasts about 6-8 days during my use for about 5 hours a week. The mobile application is a drama. It is worth calibrating your watch to yourself by running several activities because the watch learns our lifestyle. The menu is quite intuitive although you need to experiment with displaying activity logging. Blanking saves the battery but, for example, while running, it is nice to look at the watch to see data without the need to activate the dial with the button, but while swimming the display is unnecessary. I can recommend SPARTANA to all lovers of movement and sport. Well, always set goals motivate them to achieve them and even if it is a bit lacking, we have an excuse to move to achieve it. Have a nice use.
