I recently purchased the Skross World Adapter MUV USB and overall, I’m pretty pleased with my purchase. As a truck driver who travels across various parts of the world, the number of USB-outlets on the adapter is particularly handy for charging multiple devices at once. In terms of size, it’s pretty compact and lightweight, which is a plus since I don’t have a lot of storage space in my truck.

One aspect that I appreciate about the MUV USB is that it includes a travel adapter, so I don’t have to purchase that separately. It’s compatible with a wide range of plugs, so I don’t have to constantly switch adapters when I visit different countries.

However, while I do like the MUV USB, I wouldn’t necessarily say that it’s vastly superior to other electrical accessories that I’ve used in the past. Obviously, everyone’s needs are different, but compared to other adapters I’ve used, it’s pretty average.

In terms of delivery, I was impressed with how quickly it arrived in New Orleans, especially given how chaotic shipping can be during the pandemic. I purchased it back in March and haven’t experienced any issues since.

Overall, I’d give the Skross World Adapter MUV USB a solid 4 stars out of 5. It’s a useful tool for anyone who travels internationally and needs to charge multiple devices, but it’s not necessarily a game-changer compared to other similar products.

I bought the Skross World Adapter MUV USB in May, and I have to say, I’m disappointed with this product. As someone who spends a lot of time traveling for work, I needed an adapter that could handle different kinds of plugs. While the MUV USB can do this, it’s also bulky and difficult to carry around. Plus, I found it to be quite unreliable when it came to charging my devices. I’ve had to replace it with a more reliable adapter.

In comparison, I’ve been much happier with the Belkin Universal Travel Adapter. It’s smaller and easier to pack, and I’ve never had any issues using it to charge my devices while abroad. Plus, it comes in a sleek black color that looks much more professional than the MUV USB’s white color.

One thing I do appreciate about the MUV USB, however, is its ability to work with Schweiz receptacles. It was handy to have this feature during a recent trip to Switzerland, where most of the outlets are of this type.

I had this Electrical Accessories delivered to me in Reno, and while the process was straightforward, the story behind the purchase was frustrating. I had initially ordered a different adapter through a different retailer, but it got lost in transit. By the time I realized this, I didn’t have enough time to wait for a replacement to arrive, so I went to a local electronics store and picked up the MUV USB as a last-minute solution.

Overall, while the MUV USB isn’t the worst Electrical Accessories I’ve ever used, I wouldn’t recommend it either. There are better options out there for those who need to charge their devices while traveling.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How do I properly connect my Skross World Adapter MUV USB to both a power source and a device with a USB port for simultaneous charging and data transfer?

First, ensure that your Skross World Adapter MUV USB is fully charged or connected to a powered source via the AC input socket (located on the left side of the adapter). Locate the USB output socket(s) (located on the right side of the adapter) and insert one end of a compatible USB charging cable into the socket. At the other end of the USB charging cable, connect your device that requires both charging and data transfer to the USB port on your device. If you need to charge multiple devices simultaneously, repeat step 3 with additional USB output sockets as needed. Once all devices are connected, ensure that they are properly configured for simultaneous charging and data transfer (this may involve changing settings in your device's preferences or options menu). Plug the AC input socket into a power source and check to ensure that all connected devices are receiving both power and data transfer capabilities. To disconnect, simply unplug the AC input socket from the power source and remove any connected devices from the USB output sockets.
