    I do not recommend!!! I have had the device since August 2019, in October it started to have problems – it stopped entering the docking station. I contacted the guarantor – a suggestion to reset and clean the device – unfortunately no effect. I sent the equipment back to the guarantor – replacement of the docking station. After returning, the device still does not enter the docking station – I sent it back to the guarantor for the second time – replacement of other elements, after returning home – the device still does not enter the docking station and (ATTENTION!) I sent the equipment back to the guarantor and again without effect after returning. I filed a complaint at the place of purchase of Amazon seller, I received information after 2 weeks that they cannot replace but repair (of course, at the guarantor) – it will be the fourth time. I am disappointed! Contact with the guarantor is great, the device is very nice, but what about when I paid almost 6,000 for a vacuum cleaner that is still in the service. I expected much more from THIS company, never in my life have I advertised anything for so long without effect. I would like to add that each time I send movies with a recording of how the device behaves. If I had to buy it again, I wouldn’t.
