    Earlier we had iLife robot vacuum cleaners and you can see how much more solidly Roomba is built. It is louder, but it happens because the suction is much stronger. It leaves marks on the carpet, as a “normal” vacuum cleaner would.
    Unfortunately, we had to send back the first Roomba we received, because it was not charging properly. In general, I do not see a return to cheaper alternative models in the future.
