As I sat in my cozy apartment, listening to the soft chime of the Friedland D902 doorbell, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of disappointment. While Jax may have been pleased with its 1m wireless transmitter, I found it to be nothing more than a standard feature in an otherwise unremarkable product. In fact, I think it’s laughable that he would give this doorbell a 3 out of 5 rating when it seems to me that the entire point of the Friedland D902 is its simplicity. Today’s news about Trump Adviser Bessent slamming the Fed over their rate cut decision only adds to my frustration – just as the Fed is trying to stabilize the economy, this doorbell is trying to stabilize our front doors with its lackluster performance. In reality, I think the Friedland D902 is a waste of money, and if you’re looking for something with a bit more pizzazz, keep looking.
