aRKQ –
I can recommend the band, but only to an informed buyer. It’s such a funny gadget. When I decided to buy, I was aware of the greatest weakness of this equipment, the measured number of steps or calories burned are often inaccurate, it is just a substitute for counting that you know from Garmin, etc. The band does not have GPS, so it is very easy to count steps during unnatural hand movements, even though I do not move ( e.g. while getting dressed). GPS allows you to increase the precision of measurements, but at the expense of the price of the device and working time on a single charge. Nevertheless, I believe that a compromise has been reached between accuracy and usability. I do not use NFC to pay, so I do not miss it. The band works well with the iPhone, controls the camera shutter (useless) and plays music in a small range (useful). The disadvantage in my opinion is that sometimes the band disconnects from the application for no reason, but for me it is not a problem like the end of the world. The band has an uncomfortable strap that cannot be comfortably adjusted to smaller wrists, and in order to measure the pulse it must be well-fitted, which bothers me personally, so I am often forced to adjust it, and it is not comfortable for me. Despite the disadvantages for the price, I think it’s worth it.
