I purchased the Skross Europe To USA adapter back in April and have been using it for a few months now. Overall, I would rate it as a 3 out of 5 possible. While it does work and allows me to use my European devices in the US, I have found that it can be a bit finicky at times.
One thing I do appreciate about this adapter is its compact size. At only 6.3 cm in height, it’s easy to toss in my bag and take with me on the go. The product name itself, Europe To USA, is straightforward and easy to understand.
However, in comparison to another popular electrical accessory, the Belkin International Travel Adapter, I have found that Skross falls short. The Belkin adapter is more reliable and has a more universal design that allows it to work in a variety of countries.
The delivery of the Skross adapter was uneventful, but the story behind the purchase is more interesting. I had planned a trip to Europe and realized at the last minute that I didn’t have an adapter for my electronics. I quickly ordered the Skross adapter online and had it delivered to my Sacramento home just in time for my trip. While it did the job, I wish I had done more research and invested in a more dependable option for my future travels.
