Description
Crosscall, a French rugged mobile phone manufacturer, has built its brand on producing phones that can withstand harsh outdoor environments. Their latest offering, the Spider X1, promises to be a reliable and durable phone for those who work or play outdoors.
Designed to withstand the elements, the Spider X1 is IP68 certified – meaning it is fully dust-proof and can be submerged in water up to 30 minutes. The phone is also built to withstand falls and impacts, thanks to its high-resistance materials such as rubber and reinforced plastics.
But durability is not the only thing the Spider X1 offers. The phone’s performance is powered by a 1.77-inch color display screen, capable of generating a resolution of 128×160 pixels. The phone also sports a 4MB of internal memory, and the MicroSD slot allows users to expand it up to 32GB. This feature enables users to store more music, videos, or photos.
The Spider X1 comes with a 0.3-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, but its primary focus is its connectivity options. The phone’s Bluetooth 2.1+ EDR will connect to a wide range of wireless devices, including headphones and speakers. With Dual SIM functionality, the Spider X1 helps maximize coverage and call options, especially when traveling from one country to another.
One feature that particularly stands out on the Spider X1 is the “SOS key“, situated on the side of the phone. Users can program their preferred contacts’ phone number to alert them in case of an emergency. This feature is particularly useful for adventurers who may encounter accidents or become lost in remote locations.
The phone’s battery life is also noteworthy, with a 1300mAh battery capacity that offers up to 8 hours of talk time and 10 days of standby time. The charge time is short, taking only 2.5 hours to fully charge.
In conclusion, Crosscall’s Spider X1 is a solid rugged phone that offers excellent durability features, alongside various connectivity options. The phone’s SOS key and long battery life make it a great option for adventurers, construction workers, or people who work in harsh outdoor environments. Plus, it comes at a reasonable price, making it an affordable investment for anyone looking for a reliable phone for outdoor activities.

Kennard Gilbert –
High quality of workmanship. Design pleasing to the eye. He does not do madness, but also does not disfigure. A plus for the battery. Lasts up to 2 days. With very intensive use, take it easy all day long. My previous phone from a competitor, despite the fact that it was a new model, withstood half a day of intensive use.
iPhone is iPhone. The price could be lower, but what to advise. A very fast, intuitive IOS phone that has a lot of improvements and new functions to speed up the work even more. Earlier I had the SE model and then I was persuaded to a certain nozzle. From my perspective, this was a mistake. The downside of this model is too much camera protruding. You need to be careful.

Dear reader,
As someone who recently purchased the Crosscall Spider X1 smartphone, I’m delighted to share my experience with this remarkable device. While Kennard Gilbert’s review raised some concerns about its design, I have found that any slight disfigurement caused by the camera protrusion on the back is easily outweighed by its many advantages.
First and foremost, I must say that the Crosscall Spider X1 offers exceptional value for money compared to other smartphones in its category. Its list of features is truly impressive, from its cutting-edge software to its powerful hardware components.
Secondly, battery life on this device is nothing short of extraordinary. As someone who frequently travels and requires a dependable phone throughout the day, I have found that the Crosscall Spider X1’s battery can last up to three days with moderate usage – far exceeding the performance of my previous smartphone from a competing brand.
In terms of performance, the Crosscall Spider X1 truly delivers. While I must admit that I once considered the iPhone an iconic device, its steep price tag simply cannot be justified in comparison to this smartphone’s fast and intuitive user experience.
All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend the Crosscall Spider X1 to anyone in search of a reliable and high-performing smartphone. While it may have some minor drawbacks, these are far outweighed by its exceptional features and value for money.
