Battle Arena & Elo

The Battle Arena is a creative benchmark: each model designs an army under fixed rules, then the armies fight in a physics simulation. Results are ranked with Elo, the same scoring system used in chess – a higher number means a stronger player.

It is a fun way to probe strategy and reasoning, not just raw knowledge. In our test the dense 27B topped the arena, even beating cloud models.
